Located on the Arizona side of the beautiful Colorado River, Branson's Resort offers a relaxing getaway just 7½ miles north of Parker, Arizona. Conveniently accessed from Highway 95 at Golf Course Drive, our resort is situated one mile south of the Road Runner Floating Dock Bar and right next door to La Paz County Park and the Pirates Den.
Set on 17 lush acres, Branson's Resort is shaded by mature trees and surrounded by citrus groves and green grass, creating a peaceful desert oasis along the river. Our resort offers a variety of accommodations and amenities to suit every guest, including a mobile home park, full hook-up RV sites, and comfortable motel units featuring, full kitchenets, and full-size refrigerators. Guests also enjoy access to our boat launch ramp, boat slips, recreation hall, and universal fitness center.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate our location adjacent to Emerald Canyon Golf Course, consistently rated one of the best 18-hole golf courses in Arizona by the Arizona Golf Association.
Outdoor recreation is at the heart of the Branson's experience. Guests enjoy swimming, water skiing, sunbathing, and fishing for striped and largemouth bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill, and trout. The Parker area is also a premier destination for off-road recreation, offering miles of trails for UTVs, motorcycles, Jeeps, and other off-road vehicles. During the winter months, guests gather for card games, crafts, outdoor games, community potlucks, and Friday night fire and lies, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our stunning river and canyon scenery also makes Branson's Resort a favorite destination for photographers.
Motel guests enjoy our waterfront rooms with lush green lawn and beautiful tree cover. The motel also enjoys regular linen service, outdoor barbecues, and picnic tables. Guests are asked to supply their own cookware.
Mobile homes are available for daily, weekly, or monthly stays, with utilities included except electricity for monthly rentals. All rentals require a confirmation deposit. New and used mobile homes are also available for sale.
Please note that pets are not permitted in rentals or motel units, with the exception of ADA-compliant service animals (Notice must be given at time of reservation). RV sites are subject to a pet fee. All details and availability are subject to change without notice.
